i just thought to say that im excited to see uniqlo on usn. i keep meaning to go by soho to check them out but i never have the time or forget about mentioning it when im in that area so that i can just 'accidentally' walk into it. their clothes are neat. (i mean i wouldnt wear everything because they remind me of old navy and american apparel except that the sizes in aa are super tiny and you obviously have to be some kind of addict to fit into them. plus the guy who's the head of that company is kind of creepy and wierd.)

That is up to you to find out. There is no truth in this world, yet the world is full of truths. To find meaning in your life, you must first discover the meaninglessness of your life.

I never even heard of a clothing store called uniqlo. But I'm not fashion, that may be the reason.
Postdeluvian, have you been to the USN headquarters? Just asking, I've been meaning to go for a long time.

Ive been thinking of stopping by just to see what it looks like. Ive also wanted to call but then I wouldnt want to be bothering them with me just calling to shoot the breeze or something to see how things are going at their hq. (i might call tuesday to get their visiting hours.)

I called today and spoke with a man(who's name I forgot but I know it started with a K). He told me that from m-f they are open till 11 30pm and on weekends they close at 6:30. Nothing can stop you from walking into the door but otherwise everything is by appointment only. If i passed i would just look in and see if they have any kinds of pamphlets or something. Also one of these weekends past I called once their block was done and heard their answering machine. the guy on the machine is the same person who greets us at the beggining of the usn block. (its cool to know that it wasnt like a machine saying it. that i know its a real person and stuff.) Other than that mr. kenji? was nice and courteous. |

Ok I need to call, and go too. Have you ever been to the Japanese Consulate or received any emails from them. They send out a lot of information about events and other things in New York. Some of them are actually free.

I annually send out for post info. I love that they send a ton of magazines and things( that i would otherwise have to spend 50+ dollars to get) so yeah. I enjoy the consulate.
